  • Graduate of Psychology, Behavioral Science or any relevant discipline
  • At least 5 years' in a managerial capacity
  • Proficient in the conduct and design of training and development programs
  • Exposure in Organizational Development and Career Management is an advantage           


  • Responsible for the over-all training activities of the Company in support of its business plan and to set, maintain, improve standards of performance of its employees.
  • Aligning all  programs across all business units
  • Conducting apt training programs
  • Coordinating with external consultants, if necessary
  • Performance Management of the Company
