QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate of 4-year business course
  • 2-4 years work experience in Real Estate Project Development

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Participate in brainstorming sessions for Project conceptalization
  • Assist in the analysis of pricing and payment terms based on target market profile, market/competitor data, and applicable financial parameters
  • Prepare price list
  • Analyse financial impact of and recommend incentive programs and activities for Sales (and Buyers)
  • Coordinate with Construction Management Team, consultants, suppliers, and corporate units to ensure completion and delivery of Project
  • Coordinate with Construction Management Team, consultants, suppliers, and corporate units to ensure completion of technical requirements and procurement of furnishings and accessories
  • Provide info needed to develop marketing materials
  • Assist in marketing activities
  • Develop Feasibility studies by preparing cash flow studies with necessary and relevant assumptions to come up with realistic projections
  • Analyze and recommend approval for special payment scheme and discount requests from Sales
  • Coordinate with corporate units, contractors, and suppliers to ensure that schedules are within approved time table
  • Monitor that PD, Operations, Sales, and Marketing expenses are within the approved budget parameters
  • Plan and coordinate with corporate units to obtain necessary legal requirements and documents necessary to establish and operate the project's operations
  • Entertain queries of In-house Sales & Broker Teams and forward recommendations to Management
