QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate of Business course
  • 1-2 year work experience as an Administrative Assistant

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Coordinate with the Building/Resident Manager on the needed Administrative support
  • Prepare, file, and disseminate letters, correspondence as directed
  • Handle and screen telephone calls, mails and messages
  • Arrange and schedule appointments, meetings for internal and external customers
  • Responsible for maintaining, updating and safekeeping of important documents as instructed  
  • Monitor the daily time record and leave schedules of personnel
  • Prepare minutes of coordination and staff meetings
  • Perform accounting tasks
