JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Provide administrative assistance in consolidating and checking completeness of submitted support documents for Goods Receipt
  • Provide administrative assistance in coordinating and routing of Request for Check Payment (RCP)
  • Receive, direct, relay telephone/fax messages/memos, respond to queries and direct to the appropriate staff member if warranted
  • Maintain the filing system of documents related to supplier claims and Goods Receipt facilitation
