Mr. Jeffrey C. Lim is the Executive Vice President and the Chief Finance Officer.  He is a Director of Pico de Loro Beach and Country Club Inc. and a member of the Management Board of the Asia Pacific Real Estate Association.  He is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of the East.  Prior to joining the Company, he worked for a multi-national company and SGV & Co.Mr. Lim oversees the development of SM Prime’s corporate governance culture and the continuing development of its risk management system.

Atty. Corazon I. Morando is SMIC's Senior Vice President for Legal and Corporate Affairs and Compliance Officer.  She holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree from the University of the Philippines and has taken graduate studies in the Ateneo de Manila University for a Masteral Degree in Business Administration, Senior Executive Program.  She was formerly Director of the Corporate and Legal Department of the SEC.  Atty. Morando monitors compliance with the provisions and requirements of the Manual on Corporate Governance.  She likewise represents the company before the SEC on corporate governance matters, issues certifications of the company's compliance with the Manual and identifies, monitors and controls compliance risks.

Christopher S. Bautista is the Vice President for Internal Audit (Chief Audit Executive). He was formerly the Chief Finance Officer of a large palm oil manufacturer based in Jakarta, Indonesia and was a partner (principal) for several years of an audit and management consulting firm based also in Jakarta. He started his professional career as staff auditor of SGV & Co.  He joined the Company in 1998.

Teresa Cecilia H. Reyes is the Vice President for Finance.  Prior to her joining the Company in June 2004 as a Senior Manager in the Finance Group, she was an Associate Director in the business audit and advisory group of SGV & Co. She graduated from De La Salle University with degrees in Bachelor of Science in Accountancy and Bachelor of Arts in Economics and placed 16th in the 1997 Certified Public Accountants board examinations.

Mr. Gil L. Gonzales is SMIC's Vice President for Corporate Governance and Risk Management. As such, he is tasked to ensure the continuous development of the company's corporate governance culture.  Mr. Gonzales is responsible for compliance with all regulatory requirements as well as best practices on corporate governance, and in leading the company's corporate governance strategy, policies and programs.  Mr. Gonzales finished BS Management from Ateneo De Manila University.  Prior to joining SM, he served as First Vice President of a publicly-listed bank, among other prestigious organizations.

Mr. Reginald H. Tiu is SMIC’s Senior Corporate Governance Manager and Risk Officer.  Mr. Tiu works hand in hand with Mr. Lim, Atty. Morando, Mr. Bautista, Ms. Reyes and Mr. Gonzales to ensure the continued success of the SM Group’s corporate governance programs.  As Risk Officer, Mr. Tiu is tasked with the collation and analysis of the company’s risks, focusing on helping SM mitigate negative exposure and harness upside risks.  He represents the SM Group as a Trustee and Treasurer of the Good Governance Advocates and Practitioners of the Philippines (GGAPP) and is also an Associate of the ICD.
