SORSOGON CITY — SM Prime Holdings Inc. is optimistic it can open to the pubic its 3rd mall in the Bicol region by the 3rd quarter of 2020, after it broke ground on the project earlier this week.

Engr. Bien Mateo, SM Senior Vice-President for mall Operation in an interview said a 3 storey shopping mall will rise in this sprawling 13 hectare property.
