It’s almost here, the Fusion 2017 Philippine Music Festival that is now celebrating its third year. Here are some fast facts you might want to keep in mind so you don’t miss out on all the fun and excitement:
1. This is the biggest OPM festival in the country
Started back in 2015, Fusion 2017 is expecting to welcome 45,000 people for its upcoming event. This year’s theme is to promote a forward nation that is working together towards a “better future, united in songs and spirit.”
What guest can expect at Fusion 2017 will be some enjoyable collaborations between Fusion’s veteran artists and fresh talents. At the same time, this year’s festivities will also play host to The Independent Musician Rising Awards where the artists will be presented with a “grand production full of lights and sound, dance and songs.”
2. The musical acts will blow your mind
At Fusion 2017, some of the country’s biggest musical acts will be coming onstage to entertain the crowd. These include Regine Velasquez, Sarah Geronimo, Aegis, Yeng Constantino, Bamboo, Andrew E and rising dancer Yassi Pressman. Meanwhile, you can also expect top bands such as Callalily, Gracenote and 6 Cyclemind.
Aside from them, you can expect to see “The Voice Kids” Kyle Echarri and grand winner Lyca Gairanod along with your favorite indie bands Miles Experience and Ransom Collective. Meanwhile, you can also expect to see Gabby Alipe, James Reid, Nadine Lustre and internet stars Migz and Maya.
3. There are three kinds of tickets available
You can absolutely enjoy Fusion 2017 whatever your budget. Silver tickets go for P300, gold tickets sell for P1,000 and VIP tickets are available for P2,000. Buy them online at SM Tickets and TicketNet.
You can catch Fusion 2017 at the SM Mall of Asia concert grounds on Jan. 27. The show starts at 5 PM, but organizers say the spectacles will begin at 3 pm. Have a great time!
