My friends and I recently “demolished” dishes and dishes of Asian food at SM Foodcourt’s celebration of the 100 percent occupancy of the food court’s tenant spaces. The Asian dinner was sponsored by Tokyo Joe, Kublai Khan, Four Seasons and Mr. Kimbob, giving our eager palates a buffet of Japanese, Mongolian, Chinese and Korean cuisines.
