(June 10, 2013) DAVAO CITY — The city government recognized top taxpayers at a dinner hosted by Mayor Sara Z. Duterte-Carpio on Thursday.
“Your contributions are proof of the immense growth and development of Davao City,” she said in a speech.
Top 2012 taxpayers in the business category included Davao Light and Power Co.; SM Prime Holdings, Inc.; Coca Cola Bottlers Philippines, Inc.; NCCC Supermarket; Holcim Philippines, Inc.; Lapanday Food Corp.; Stanfilco; Mindanao Corrugated Fibreboard Inc.; Accendo Commercial Corp.; Smart Communications, Inc.; Globe Telecom, Inc.; and Halifax Davao Hotel, Inc.
