SM Aura Premier’s Office Tower is now open for business, completing SM Prime Holding’s latest high-end lifestyle destination project, which began with the opening of its upscale mall in May 2013.
With that, SM Aura Premier becomes a landmark in the Taguig CBD, the fast flourishing “micro city” where multinational and local corporations, as well as embassies, consulates, and cultural offices maintain their Philippine headquarters.

Strategically connected to the SM Aura Premier mall, the 29-story Office Tower has a leasable area of 40,424 sqm, and sets the standard as the premier office institution in the fastest growing business district. Factoring in the latest in architectural innovation and the wealth of experience in property management, the SM Aura Office Tower is envisioned to reshape the city’s horizon.
What also sets SM Aura Premier apart is its commitment to sustainable design and development, and green architecture to reduce the structure’s carbon footprint. The SM Engineering Design and Development Team enhanced it with sustainable operation features. International green standards are followed to ensure the efficient use of energy and other resources: pollution and waste management systems are planned for maximum efficiency; a water treatment facility to recycle water for non-potable use is in place; and a massive green roof is designed to reduce the heat island effect in the structure.
Taguig City Mayor Lani Cayetano was the guest of honor during the launch together with the city’s local officials: Vice Mayor Ricardo Cruz, Taguig Councilor Pammy Zamora, and City Administrator Joel Montales.

Heads of companies who will be holding office in the tower also graced the occasion: SSS CEO and President Emilio S. De Quiros, Amigo’s Amado Zamor, Cosun Marble’s Mike Heirly and Edison Abella, CBRE Richard Ellis’ Kenneth Stern, Carlo Pineda, Sean Ortlauf, Mike Coronado and Alex Oronson, and KMC Mag Group’s Michael McColough, Atty. Amanda Rufino and Jojo Zacarias. They were welcomed by SM officials led by SCMC president Annie Garcia, SVP for Operations Steven Tan, AVP Manager Perkin So and SM Aura Premier Mall Manager Carlos Vilchez.

The premium grade building has meeting rooms, business lounges, conference rooms, and a variety of office fit-outs for 1 to 140 employees. It also has high security features, 24/7 IT Support, and Dell IT Infrastructure.
For the convenience of occupants, the Office Tower has 2,000 parking slots in the basement parking and is within reach of main transportation hub.
Among the companies who have already started their operations at SM Aura Office Tower are government offices like SSS, Professional Regulation Commission (PRC), PhilPost, Pag-ibig, PhilHealth, Bureau of Immigration and the Land Regulation Authority. Taguig City has offices at 9th and 10th floors, while KMC Solutions, AEGIS, Fitness First, Pharmicell and SM Prime Holdings have offices on the higher floors.
