Nov. 9 (Bloomberg) — SM Prime Holdings Inc. posted a 12 percent increase in consolidated net income in the third quarter to 1.9 billion pesos, according to a statement posted on its Web site. Consolidated revenue rose 14 percent to 5.7 billion pesos, the company said.
