Baguio City-SM Foundation Inc. recently turned over a one-story two-classroom school building and books to Pines City National High School (PCNHS) Pinsao Annex in Baguio City. It is the 25th school bUilding donated by SM Foundation.

The annex used to be an extension campus of Pines City National High School Bonifacio Annex. In .1991 it became an independent annex whose first enrollees were freshmen students. By 1994, PCNHPinsao Annex became a complete secondary-education school. The students are residents of the barangay that houses the school. With the increase in student population and the shortage of classrooms in the school, Pinsao Annex teachers conducted classes in borrowed classrooms of Pinsao Elementary School.

At present, Pinsao Annex has a student population of 522 consisting of 12 sections from first year to fourth year. However, due to classroom shortage, the three sections of senior high-school classes were reduced to two, with each section having more than the ideal number of students.
