Christmas comes early to Pangasinan as SM City Rosales reopens to the public on Friday, November 27. He recalls that immediately after the calamity, ‘SM’s top management assured me that they will continue to do business in Rosales. They were here all along and with the re-opening, they have fulfilled their commitment to us.’

Mr. Voltaire Siapno, owner of Siapno- Tada Optical, Inc. one of SM City Rosales homegrown tenants, says that as a businessman, ‘I was impressed with SM’s commitment to tenants like myself that we can start doing business again in about 45 days after the devastating floods. It even made sure that we could open before the Christmas season so that we could immediately recover some of our losses.’ He says that the ‘as a tenant, I look forward to a continuous and harmonious relationship with the SM management.’

Amie, an avid shopper of Villasis, Pangasinan says SM’s reopening is timely just before Christmas. ‘It is a complete one stop shop that has everything the family needs.

SM Prime Holdings President Hans T. Sy has said in a disclosure that SM has ‘speeded up the reopening so that employees who depend on it for their livelihood can go back to their work immediately.’
