(30 September 2009. Pasay City, Philippines.) SM Prime Holdings, Inc. (SM Prime) is set to open SM Center Las Piñas on Friday, 02 October 2009 its 35th shopping mall in the Philippines. The brand new mall, with a gross floor area (GFA) of 32,387 square meters (sqm), is located along the Alabang-Zapote Road in Barangay Talon, Pamplona in the city of Las Piñas. It is also SM Prime’s second mall in the city, after SM City Southmall.

SM Center Las Piñas’ anchor tenants are SM Hypermarket, Ace Hardware, Watsons, and BDO. Other tenants include Jollibee, Savory Chicken, The Old Spaghetti House, and Inasal Chicken Bacolod, among others. SM Supercenter Las Piñas also provides parking slots for over 500 vehicles and a terminal for public utility vehicles.

In addition, SM Prime also completed and unveiled earlier this year three expansion projects, namely the Sky Garden at SM City North Edsa, the SM City Fairview Annex, and the extension of SM City Rosales in Pangasinan. Before the year ends, SM Prime is scheduled to open SM City Rosario in Cavite.
