THE Down Syndrome Association of the Philippines Inc. (DSAPI), together with the SM Committee on Disability Affairs, recently held the ‘Happy Walk’ at SM City North Edsa. The Happy Walk is a yearly celebration held by the DSAPI every February as part of the celebration for the Down Syndrome Consciousness Month. This event helps to promote awareness and better understanding of persons with Down Syndrome.
