At least 1,000 drivers throughout Luzon have enlisted in the Wheels-On-The-Go program as of July 24, as the SM Supermalls in Baliwag and Pulilan collaborated with their respective municipal governments to launch the program that taps tricycle and jeepney drivers to be partner delivery riders.
