MANILA – A common station connecting the capital’s three main railways will finally begin construction this year after rival businessmen signed a memorandum of agreement to end a seven-year-long dispute.

The structure between the SM North EDSA and Ayala Land’s Trinoma will be shared by LRT-1, MRT-3 and the soon to be built MRT-7. Construction for the common station will begin later this year.
