TRIP to Egypt winner Yvette Sarmiento and son Sidney with Arturo Carballo of Science Discovery Center

SIDNEY SARMIENTO, a Grade Five student at San Beda College, recently won a trip to Egypt in line with the Nido Science Discovery Center’s ‘Seven Wonders’ promotion. The trip for two includes air tickets, three days, two nights’ hotel accommodations, an allowance of $500/pax, tour to the Egyptian Museum, the Pyramids and the Sphinx, a tour of the Pyramids of Giza, the oldest of the Seven Wonders of the ancient world and a Canon Powershot G11 digital camera.

Sidney, who lives with his parents Pablo and Yvette Sarmiento in BF Homes in Parañaque, was among the thousands of kids who took part in this joint promotion of the Nido Science Discovery Center, the SM Mall of Asia and Canon. Kids who watched the Seven Wonders film, which gives a breathtaking glimpse of the wonders of the ancient world at the Science Discovery Center from April 4 to July 4, and joined in the raffle promotion are entitled to a chance to win. He is shown receiving his prize from Arturo Carballo of the Nido Fortified Science Discovery Center.

The ‘Seven Wonders’ promotion is one of the many ways kids can discover the wonders of science and the mysteries of the world at the Nido Fortified Science Discovery Center at the East Side of the SM Mall of Asia.
