SM Foundation, Inc., the socio civic arm of the SM Group of Companies that helps the less fortunate in the communities it serves, will once again launch the “Gamot Para Sa Kapwa”.
This project will run from Sept. 1 to 30 in all SM Supermalls.
Its aim is to collect unexpired and unused medicines as well as cash to be given to the beneficiary, Philippine National Red Cross.
SM Foundation’s aim is also to tap the Department of Social Welfare Development organization and highlight their contribution to society. This activity also conducts simple medical routine check ups to shoppers.Medicines gathered from shoppers and other pharmaceutical companies will benefit the indigent member of the community.
The ”Gamot Para Sa Kapwa” activity of SMFI is reaping a positive response from the public.
In SM Cebu, the booth will be situated at the lower ground floor of the main mall near Air Philippines and Country Crafts.
