TWO PROPERTY firms are listing today more common shares offered up in previous transactions totaling some P16 billion, separate disclosures to the local bourse late last week showed. 

SM Prime Holdings, Inc., the mall operating arm of the SM conglomerate, will be listing P6.55 billion worth of common shares today to cover a private placement transaction in October last year. 

Meanwhile, Gokongwei-led Robinsons Land Corp. announced that 954,928,233 common shares from a stock rights offering early this year have been fully paid for a total of P9.549 billion, paving the way for their trading today. 

These shares are part of the 1.36 billion stocks sold during the offer period. SM Prime shares closed higher by 0.48% to P12.62 last Friday from P12.56 at its previous close. Robinsons Land shares rose by 1.01% to P12 from P11.88 at its previous close.
