A MILITARY ward of the Northern Luzon Command (NOLCOM) Camp Aquino Station Hospital in Tarlac becomes the 14th AFP improved facility and the 106th Felicidad T Sy Wellness Center of the SM Foundation.

CASH (Camp Aquino Station Hospital), a level-1 hospital facility capable of performing general surgical operations is a major partner of Northern Luzon Command (NOLCOM) in providing continuous quality health services to uniformed personnel, their dependents and authorized civilians for 67 years.

CASH was built in 15 October 1948 and designated as 2nd Station Hospital, AFP with a 25- bed capacity. On 11 December 1959 the hospital was renamed into Army Station Hospital and reorganized into a 100- bed capacity facility in reference to AFP Table of Organization and Equipment (TOE) 8-560 dated 01 July 1961 to complement the increase in number of patients. From Army Station Hospital, it was re-designated to Camp Aquino Station Hospital effective 01 January 1988.

However, because of its deterioration due lack of funding, it was downgraded to a 50-bed hospital. With the renovation & refurbishing, it is now being considered for upgrading back to its 100-bed capacity noting the improved facilities & upgraded workforce of 70 composed of 13 Officers, 10 Enlisted Personnel, 45 Civilian Employees and 2 others under contract. Now, it is a DOH licensed hospital operating as a Level 1 Hospital and PHIC accredited as Center for Safety. Presently, CASH still functions under the supervision of Northern Luzon Command, under the watch of MGen Glorioso V Miranda AFP, Commander, NOLCOM.
