SM City San Pablo in Laguna has taken steps to make the so-called “malling experience“ pleasurable to all of its patrons, including people with disabilities (PWD) and those with special needs. In line with SM Supermalls’ vision of being “the Mall for All,“ SM City San Pablo’s 147 frontline staff underwent a re-orientation seminar on how to care for customers with special needs. SM Mall Manager Gabriel Timothy Exconde said the seminar was conducted by the Autism Society of the Philippines, Kid’s Cove and Paaralang Pagibig at Pag-Asa.
