Property developer SM Prime Holdings, Inc. is set to break ground this month for its newest landmark, Three E-Com Center, the latest project of the company’s Commercial Properties Group (CPG).

The 15-story Three E-com Center

commercial building will rise within the prime business location of SM’s flagship master-planned development, the 67-hectare Mall of Asia (MOA) Complex

in Pasay City.

This gives us the confidence and motivation to continue pursuing projects like this.”

Building on success

Similar to its predecessors, Three E-Com Center boasts of a dynamic architectural design by Miami-based architectural firm, Arquitectonica featuring semi-circular twin towers with a total GFA of 111,727 sqm.

Three E-com is designed to efficiently cater to the daily needs of its tenants offering retail units on the ground and a portion of the fifth floor called Three E-com Prism Plaza.  The three-level parking podium is located on the second to fourth floors and offices are from the fifth to the 15th floors.

The groundbreaking event follows the near completion of Five E-com Center, which will formally open in April 2015. FiveE-com is one among six E-com buildings to rise at the Mall of Asia Complex offering office spaces for BPOs and regular office tenants.
