ZAMBOANGA CITY, July 15 (PIA) – Residents may avail of the second step in the national ID system registration process in SM City Mindpro. This step includes the validation of supporting documents and the capturing of biometrics such as fingerprints, iris and facial scan. But residents must first book an appointment schedule via register.philsys.gov.ph before proceeding to SM, the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) advised.
