September 5, 2014 — PRO-FRIENDS is leading other developers in redefining the real estate industry in Iloilo with an aggressive marketing strategy when it opened a satellite office at the SM City Iloilo shopping mall on Friday.

Pro-Friends EVP/COO Augusto Leonardo said their marketing strategy aims to bring company services closer to its clients.

Responding to the demands of the Ilonggos, Leonardo said the extension office at the mall is a practical and realistic move to be more accessible to clients who would like to buy their dream home.

Pro-Friends is developing more than 100 hectares in the town of Pavia, Iloilo, some 10 minutes away from Iloilo City and covers two housing villages ranging from P1 million to P3 million in its Parc Regency Residences and Monticello Villas.

Aside from the Iloilo site, property developments are the Lancaster New City and Bellefort Estates in Cavite and soon in Cagayan de Oro and Bacolod City.
