TRECE MARTIRES CITY, Cavite, September 21 (PIA) — To ensure the safety of all its customers and clients, SM management here recently conducted a joint security tactical inspection in all their branches in this premier province as part of their corporate responsibility to provide complete customers services which has always been a key concern of SM Supermalls.

The inspection was participated in by hundreds of security personnel assigned to SMs Bacoor, Dasmariñas, Rosario and Supercenter Molino.

In a press statement, SM’s Customers Relations Services (CRS) believes that every SM security personnel are at the forefront of customer service. CRS also believes that the work of security personnel is not easy, but this should not adversely affect in any way the quality of service to customers. Instead, the security personnel should exert effort to improve the performance of their duties.

SM management wants to let their customers feel that they are safe every time they are in the malls and that they can leisure shop with their family without having to worry about their safety and security.
