SLEDGERS adds another fantastic fashion destination for the gentlemen of Cebu, as the leading French brand for premium European-styled men’s shoes and fashion essentials literally gave the adage ‘always give room for more’ a stylish interpretation with the recent unveiling of its new and bigger boutique at SM Cebu Northwing.

Formally welcomed via a grand store launch, guests from different media groups, business and diplomatic core and mall shoppers had truly something to rejoice about. Apart from the exciting preview of the boutique’s façade, the attendees also witnessed a mini fashion show which showcased the famous collections of Sledgers. Models’ clothes were provided by no less than Cebu’s top local designers, Edwin Alba, Philip Tampus, Manuel Tumaque and Maria Elena.

Spotted VIPs at the event were Louis Thevenin of Alliance Francaise de Cebu, His Honorary Consul of France, Mr. Michel Lhuillier, Yong Larrazabal of Cebu Doctors University, Dewey Chua Choi, owner of Dewfoam; Joe Ng, Chairman of Cebu Chambers; and Sherry Tuvilla, Mall Manager of SM Cebu.

Originally opened in another floor location in SM Cebu in 2007, the newly relocated store is a definite upgrade from the previous version, as the new site is indeed grander and much better for avid leather goods aficionados to stumble upon the object of their fashion fancies.

According to Pat Giron, Sledgers Brand Manager, the newly opened Sledgers store in Cebu is the largest of the three boutiques in the Philippines. Sophisticatedly defined with the new black-silver and wood thematic accents in resonance to all Sledgers concept boutiques worldwide, the recently opened outlet is extra lavish in terms of the vast, elegant space which covers around 60 sq.m. of floor area.
