SM Prime Holdings Inc. opened last Friday the third annex of its SM City Pampanga one of the largest malls in
Central Luzon.
This adds 17,439 square meter of gross floor area to the main mall. Two previous annexes were built in 2002 and 2003. With the opening of Annex 3, SM City Pampanga now has a total GFA of 128,089 sq.m. and total building length of 890 meters long.

SM City Pampanga’s Annex 3 has 14,025 sq.m. of gross leasable area (GLA) and will house several restaurants and apparel shops.
