SM Mart, Inc. has launched the SM Advantage Prestige, an elite membership club of the SM Advantage, the consumer loyalty program of SM retail stores.

In an event held recently at the newly opened SM Prestige Lounge in SM Makati, SM officials joined members of the print and television media in simple ceremonies to mark the introduction of the new program.

Prestige is a higher-tier loyalty program developed by SM Advantage for top members who were be able demonstrate their continuing patronage to SM retail establishments such as SM Department Store, SM Supermarket, SM Hypermarket and other retail affiliates.

With the Prestige Card, members are entitled to first-rate privileges.

“SM Prestige promise to take shopping to a whole new level. We have big plans for this program, and members can expect to see more privileges and more premium offers in the coming days, said SM Assistant Vice-President for Marketing Rey Maclang. “Aside from privileges that provide shopping convenience, discounts, and freebies from leading hotels, restaurants and spas, SM retail establishments have also lined-up several sale and promo activities throughout the year that are exclusive to Prestige members.

SM Advantage currently has a total of over 2.6 million members nationwide. Members earn points and redeem rewards at SM stores and outlets of Ace Hardware, Toy Kingdom, Surplus Shop, Our Home, Sports Central, Kultura and Baby and Co.
