SM SUPERMALLS long-time Trash to Cash (TTC) program has collectively been able to recycle over a million kilos of paper or the equivalent pulp that can be processed into paper from 18,452 trees.

That’s just for paper, including scrap paper, old newspapers, cardboard, and carton boxes. The malls collect other recyclables as well.
