MANILA, Philippines – SM Development Corp. (SMDC) is expecting sales of as much as P9.7 billion from two high-rise condominium buildings it recently launched in Quezon City.
SMDC assistant vice president Jan Spencer Chavez said selling price for a 25 square meter condominium unit starts at P2.4 million. A total of 3,900 units will be offered.
Chavez said pre-selling will start in early 2014 while construction is scheduled to be completed by the third quarter of 2017.
The two 40-storey residential buildings sit within the five-hectare Grass Residences project located beside SM North Edsa.
“It will suit individuals who want to capture the unprecedented growth happening today in Quezon City, particularly in its central business district,” SMDC president Jeffrey Lim said in a statement.
The two buildings are part of the Grass Residences project’s second phase following strong demand for the first three residential towers of the project.
Two of the first three towers have been turned over with 80 percent occupancy rate.
SMDC also recently launched Trees Residences in Novaliches with an estimated sales value of P10 billion.
Trees Residences will offer 7,000 condominium units and will be completed in four years.
SMDC has 14 residential condominium projects currently being completed all over Metro Manila.
