AFTER winning the bid to develop the 26-hectare reclaimed lot in South Road Properties (SRP) for P10 billion, property giants SM Prime Holdings Inc. and Ayala Land Inc. (ALI) are now crafting the joint masterplan, which will be ready in a month or two.
