SM Prime Holdings, Inc. is set to expand its recurring income portfolio with the launch of ThreeE-Com Center on Friday. The center is a 15-level tower on the corner of Harbor Drive and Bay Shore in the SM Mall of Asia complex in Pasay City. It has a gross floor area (GFA) of 114,000 square meters (sqm). The building, already accredited by the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, will open with 97-percent leased space. Also on Friday, SM Prime will top off its fourth office building, called FourE-Com Center, which has a GFA of 190,000 sqm.
