(SPOT.ph) Following NCR Plus’ shift to a new quarantine status on May 15 called “General Community Quarantine With Heightened Restrictions,” various tourism establishments are slowly opening up to guests once again. There are up to 13 Metro Manila hotels, for example, that have reopened their doors to those coming from the National Capital Region, Laguna, Cavite, and Rizal. But if you’re planning to go a bit farther on the weekend, you’ll be glad to know that Taal Vista Hotel in Tagaytay City, Cavite, just got the go signal to accept travelers from NCR Plus.
