Sy-led SM Prime Holdings, Inc. has submitted an unsolicited offer to develop part of the South Road Properties in Cebu City into what would be the listed mall developer’s next big-ticket project after the SM Mall of Asia.

LISTED mall developer SM Prime Holdings Inc. is once again training its vast financial resources toward Cebu as it proposes to spend over P20 billion until 2025 to develop a 28-hectare property into the island’s own version of SM Mall of Asia.

SM Foundation, Inc. recently turned over a one-storey two-classroom schoolbuilding and books to the Pines City National High School Pinsao Annex in Baguio City. It is the 25th schoolbuilding donated by SM Foundation.
