KORONADAL CITY (MindaNews/14 July) — The city government is planning to build a multimillion modern convention center in a bid to draw more major events and visitors or tourists to the city.

CAUAYAN CITY, Isabela, July 14 (PIA) – In its effort to raise awareness on the current state of environment and to encourage positive action towards preserving the eco-system, the SM City here has launched the Green Film Festival (GFF) which will host series of film festivals to elementary and high school students featuring environmentally-themed movies and documentaries.

MANILA – The SM Group said it will soon start building four condominium buildings in Chengdu, its first residential project in China.

SOUTHEAST Asian property giant SM Prime Holdings was cited as this year’s “Best Developer” while green building advocate Ramon Fernando Rufino, executive vice president of premium office property developer Net Group, was honored as “Real Estate Personality of the Year” at the Philippine Property Awards 2015.

SM Megamall’s Mega Fashion Hall recently won the Best Retail Development and Best Retail Architectural Design awards during the 3rd annual Philippine Property Awards held at the Fairmont Hotel in Makati.
