To uphold its commitment to good governance, SM Prime participates in the annual assessment of corporate governance practices using the ASEAN Corporate Governance Scorecard (ACGS), which is aligned with the principles of the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD).

The assessment evaluates the Company’s performance in key areas, including the rights and equitable treatment of shareholders, sustainability and resilience, disclosure and transparency, and the Board’s responsibility for strategic direction, management oversight and accountability.
